Le Zenith

I would give this hotel 0 stars if I could. This was, without question, the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. We were assigned three rooms. The first room reeked of cigarette smoke and had cigarette ashes on the coffee table and floor. It looked like it had barely been cleaned. The second room also smelled heavily of smoke. The third room —the door was wide open, the bed hadn't been made, and it was obvious the room hadn't been cleaned at all. When we returned to the front desk, they apologized and assigned us another room. The hallway lights operate on motion sensors that barely work, leaving the corridors almost completely dark. We found ourselves waving our hands in the hallway to activate the occupancy sensors to cut on the lights. Then there was the lack of air conditioning. The thermostat would not cut one, so I went down to the front desk to report that the AC wasn't working. A maintenance worker eventually knocked on the door... carrying a tower fan. He plugged it in and walked away. It was clear the hotel had no functioning air conditioning in the rooms. The bathroom was dirty, the chair was broken, and the overall condition of the room show significant amounts of differed maintenance. We check out later that evening as we could not endure the heat. Based on my experience, the hotel was filthy, unbearably hot, poorly maintained, and completely unacceptable as a place to stay. I would never stay at Le Zenith Hotel & Spa again.

I spent a few days here and was very satisfied with my experience. The staff deserve special recognition for their kindness and professionalism. Every interaction was pleasant, and they were always ready to assist with a smile. The hotel provided a comfortable and peaceful stay, and I genuinely felt well looked after. Thank you to the entire team.

What I appreciated most about this hotel was the people. Every member of the staff I interacted with was courteous, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. They created a positive atmosphere that made the stay feel comfortable and stress-free. The hotel itself was clean and pleasant, but it was the hospitality of the team that really stood out. I would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.
