Good location: a bit confusing to use Google maps! But the medina is out the front and to the right. You can use the tram to get to other sites in Casablanca. Staff were really good - at the door, in reception, at the bar/restaurant.

This was the starting hotel for an intrepid group tour. I went into this knowing it wasn’t a 5 star hotel and that was fine. It was clean, comfy beds, bathroom was big enough, and the location is great. The staff were so kind and friendly. There’s a small market next door and decent restaurants nearby. I walked around alone at night and it was completely safe. For what it was and what I was fearing given some reviews, it exceeded my expectations.

I booked this hotel through Booking.com but when we checked in they charged my credit card for much more than the proper amount. Emails to the hotel have been ignored. Give this place a miss as they are rip off merchants
