Unfortunately, the reality did not correspond to the photos.The worst thing was that the room had no window to ventilate.Thus the air was moist and cold and muddy.The "bath" contained a toilet and a mini sink, which could not be used sufficiently, as the shelf above it protruded over the sink.Although booked 8 days, we left after 3 days and found in Marakech a beautiful riad whose photos corresponded to reality.

The following facilities do not exist: Locks on doors (padlocks used!) Safety deposit boxes in rooms Hairdryer Airconditioning Late check out 24 hour reception (they only man it when they are getting some form of money) Room service Laundry service (we had to ask for towels as they take them away every day but don't replace them?!) Fireplace Cloakroom Sun terrace - I mean you can see it but you cannot access it Luggage room Cafe/Restaurant Turkish bath Massage Spa The staff appear to speak French - until you need something Despite repeatedly speaking to the hotel about a twin room, which we were told they would sort on arrival, they did not and we ended up having to share a bed for the week. On the last day we were literally kicked out of the hotel by the incredibly rude laundry lady (after they charged us 'tax' to get our bags from the room as we foolishly went for breakfast before we came back to pack), leaving us carrying around all our luggage which in the heat (and at my age), was no fun at all. Don't believe the pictures, if it was renovated in 2022 I would not hire that company either. We spoke to the hotel about the above and they basically told us to get lost. Booked through Love Holidays - they were no help either. You have been warned :)

Please note the photos date from 1800 BC. Absolutely not consistent with reality. Not comfortable, not ergonomic, no towel, no soap, dirty, dusty, water flowing everywhere, not neat, staff disconnected from the tourism market, grotesque breakfast to FLEE. With a small budget you can do much better.
