Extremely disappointing and deeply shocking experience. I had called this establishment to reserve a table just to have a drink that same evening. The person on the phone responded to me in French, took my request, and confirmed that everything was in order. After making the trip, I was suddenly told that my name does not exist in their system and that they do not take reservations for drinks anyway. First inconsistency: the caretaker claimed not to have my name even before I communicated it to him. I thus understood that the problem was clearly not related to an untraceable reservation. Troubled by this situation, I wanted to verify if it was just a misunderstanding. I then asked a French friend to make the same request via email, using a French name. This time, the response was immediate, friendly, and positive: yes, it was entirely possible to come for a drink. At the same time, a relative contacted the establishment in Arabic for the same request. The response was completely different: not only was it not possible to come that evening, but they were also told that it was generally not possible to come for a drink. Two identical requests, on the same day, but two opposing responses depending on the profile of the person contacting the establishment. It is difficult not to question such a difference in treatment. I am Moroccan, Arab, and I find it particularly shocking to feel potentially discriminated against in my own country. Whether it is a prejudice, a selection of clientele, or differentiated treatment, the result is the same: a deep feeling of injustice and humiliation. An establishment of this category should welcome clients with respect, consistency, and equality of treatment. My experience was unfortunately the complete opposite. I do not recommend this establishment and sincerely hope that serious reflection will be conducted on the reception practices and respect for all clients, regardless of their origin.

Great day in peace, by the heated pool. Lounge chairs and towels. Service at the lounge chair, very friendly welcome. Visit of the rooms. Homemade buffet lunch with varied salads and hot vegetables. Grilled meats (chicken skewers, kefta, and merguez), desserts: melon, cakes, crumble, chocolate mousse. A must-do. Reservation recommended

We had the most wonderful time, staff and service were so good and attentive.Rooms were clean and very comfortable. Noise was to a minimun as it is in the country side so a welcome break from towns in Morocco. We forgot a passport and they made such a huge effort to get it to us without a hitch. They went above and beyond. Could not rate them more highly.
