Miramar

The servers on the terrace behaved very poorly towards us. We arrived around 5:40 PM while our transport was scheduled for 6:30 PM. There were three of us at the start: one wanted to have a crepe, but it was not ready, while the others ordered a mojito and a tea. A few minutes later, other friends joined us. Barely settled in, a server came to tell us in an inappropriate tone: "Aren't you having anything?" We then decided to settle the bill and leave. At the time of payment, his attitude was even more disrespectful when he crushed our bill to place that of another customer. We even intended to leave a tip, but his lack of respect dissuaded us from doing so. Very bad experience due to this unacceptable behavior.

Discovered in September 2025 during a stay in several cities in Morocco, we returned for 9 days in Essaouira and stayed at this establishment. The hotel is pleasant, our ocean-facing room was spacious, and it is worth noting that the staff is charming. Indeed, thanks to the ladies whose cleaning service is remarkable, the servers are very pleasant and smiling (restaurant and breakfast), and a special mention to Hafid for his always positive and kind welcome 😘

The hotel is close to the medina and port to visit on foot. Some rooms have been redone and are beautiful and others old. For families ask for rooms 4 beds .Welcoming staff.
