The hotel was nothing like the pictures. It is very run-down compared to the pictures which make it look very bright and modern. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable and, again, looked nothing like the pictures. The rooms were also infested with moths. We had cleaners letting themselves into our rooms whilst we were showering and undressed despite us putting a “do not disturb” sign on the door. The cleaners were very confrontational when we told them not to come into our rooms and they were sitting outside the room looking through the window despite us specifically requesting that they didn’t do this. The hotel staff at the desk were fairly helpful in guiding us around the city and with booking activities. I would not come back to this hotel again.
