We travelled with family to spend a night in a bungalow. Arrival at 5pm, the accommodation was not ready: we had to wait almost an hour before we could settle. (tea offered while waiting anyway ) Once inside, several problems: the Wi-Fi didn’t work, a broken showerhead, and every other door impossible to close (we had to block it with a single bed from the inside!). The next morning, power cut and still no Wi-Fi. At breakfast, when we had been asked to take something back , we asked msemmen: we were finally told that there would be no more before the afternoon — a shame when you only stay one night... I reported all these problems on the spot, but no reaction or commercial gesture. 125 € per night is frankly excessive considering the conditions. Very disappointing especially as all these problems were known before booking...

Doubtful method regarding payment, made us cancel the reservation via booking so that we could cash the stay directly!! Room close to the reception very noisy, very long Service, very average breakfast. Seen no one from the management during our 4-day stay ... Place really very disappointing! To flee

The photos from the site are misleading, bad breakfast, to say the least bad is little! (Msemmen) from two days before!! Coffee only to those who pay for it! Scrambled eggs that are not enough for everyone!!! Bottles of water for sale with tap water!!! Not to mention the noise made by the African working there while talking on the phone late at night and early in the morning!!!! Paid shuttle Service 120dhs, a robbery!! Dirty pool, staff bathing in their dirty work clothes after the evening Service!! 🤮 Under the bed a lot of dirt!!! The only positive thing is the guys are nice, the rest let it go!!! I recommend staying in other better places!!!! From nn redo absolutely!!!!
