We have just left this hotel and I should probably start with the positives because it wasn’t awful. We are also not sure if we are really picky?? Or not, we are serial all inclusive holiday people so have a lot to compare to. Positives - If you tip the breeze pool bar staff and the restaurant staff they look after you well. The lifeguard, Omar, was nice and he was helpful. Free shuttle into town from the hotel (that’s a whole other ballgame, we did not feel safe in Marrakesh at all. It is very deprived and dirty.) It was always clean. The main bar you were brought crisps and nuts with your drinks which was nice. Everyone raved about the kids club but we didn’t use it as not my thing. The desserts we tried were all really nice. We got a taxi to the water park and had a nice day there. Buckle up for the rest - Our son’s bed was a sofa. There was no where near enough room for three people’s clothes to be put away. There was no mini bar. There was one pool we could use, as the other is adults only. There was entertainment in the evening once and there was no mini disco or anything like that. The buffet is very small and limited. You do not get the al a carte restaurant included in your stay. All inclusive is a myth - there is A LOT you can’t have. There was no ice cream for the first few days of our stay and after that you can only have it after 3pm (haven’t ever come across this) You cannot buy ice lollies, pool toys, sun cream, anything at all for kids. The bugs!!!! Were insane, you couldn’t have a sweet drink without getting swarmed. They don’t discourage the stray cats or the birds so they are in the buffet restaurant and around the pool bar all the time. We actually watched birds eat pizza and a waitress still served it to people. As I said it wasn’t horrific, no one was ill, we all got home in one piece but the fact that this is 5 star is completely baffling to me.

We stayed for 4 days at this hotel. Everything was perfect: the kindness and discretion of the staff, the cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel and the huge park, the service at the bar or restaurant, the clean and pleasant room in small one-story buildings scattered throughout the park, the two pools, one of which was very quiet (adults only) and one more lively for families. And what can I say about the dining... all-inclusive, a first for us, so we were a bit skeptical, everything was good and high quality from breakfast (scrambled eggs made to order, same for the pancakes and crepes) to lunch or dinner where there is something for every taste, different tagines at every service, grilled food on the terrace. For a snack, homemade pizza, club sandwiches, crepes, ice cream, a good number of drinks available all day long. In short, a superb experience, thank you for this wonderful stay.
