Dar Lalla Fdila

Dar Lalla F’dila is an oasis of peace: the welcome is warm, like family. Spacious, clean, and quiet rooms; excellent air conditioning. Breakfasts on the rooftop and a location close to the Maison de la Photographie. I would return tomorrow.

An oasis in Marrakech with a special atmosphere: a wooden door opened to this tastefully and aesthetically designed small hotel in an inconspicuous alley. Only 5 rooms, individually, high-quality, and finely furnished by hand. Beautiful courtyard with a small fountain, inviting rooftop terrace with a wide view, lovely Tadelakt bathrooms, tranquility. Good, diverse breakfast in Moroccan style. Very good location in close proximity to the souks and the Quran school. Everything very well-maintained and clean. The small team around Abdou and Hafid was available to us as guests around the clock and was very friendly and dedicated. Parking was possible in a nearby guarded, courtyard-like parking lot for a fee. The air conditioning saved our afternoons at 43 degrees Celsius (May 26). Our friends had a rather historically designed, cool room on the ground floor, while we had a bright, somewhat more modern room on the first floor. We, both couples, found no flaw. Also because of the special atmosphere in this hotel, I would like to return to Marrakech again.

The location of this riad is fantastic: not only is it very quiet, but it is also far from the "crazy crowd" that gathers in the souk. Everything is really just a stone's throw away, and the staff (Hafed and Abdu) were cordial and very kind.
