Dar Ouladna

Extraordinary stay of 2 days at the ouladna palace. If you want to escape the city center and the medina, enjoy the beautiful garden and feel like you are alone in the world in a traditional Moroccan palace, this guest house is for you. Even if this establishment is not considered as one of the many 5* in Marrakech, here no children screaming by the pool, no petty bourgeois or new rich who take everyone from above and spend their day on the phone screaming, but a team with little care. The kitchen is really traditional, you can feel the real Moroccan homemade (it changes restaurants whose dishes are adapted to tourists), the cleanliness is impeccable, certainly you can hear the passage of cars traveling on the expressway located nearby but it absolutely did not ruin my stay (maybe think of double glazing in the rooms for those who sleep lightly) Bravo and thanks to Amine, Fatima, Hakima and especially Selim who folded in 1000 so that my stay was perfect.

Absolutely stunning little villa in a quieter part of Marrakech. We stayed here for 3 nights, we didn't want to be in the middle of the city as prefer a bit of peace and relaxation. This place was perfect. It's roughly 15mins by taxi in to the city, at a cost of £5. It only has 5 apartments and all the others were empty during our stay so it was like having a luxury villa to ourselves. The interior decor is stunning and the pool area is also beautiful. The breakfast each morning was lovely, pancakes and yoghurt with fresh orange juice and coffee. We also had dinner here 1 night which was cooked by the owners and was the best meal we had on our whole stay in Marrakech. Amin, the owner, and his wife are lovely and very welcoming. I have no hesitation in recommending this as a relaxing and very comfortable place to stay in Marrakech.

If you are looking for authenticity and Moroccan hospitality, this is the place for you. Charm of Morocco with the decoration and the garden where you can hear the birds singing.. a real change of scenery! And the owner's advice is precious, it saves you a lot of time, both for places to visit and places to buy at the right price without having to negotiate for two hours... he makes our excursion reservations and transports you wherever you need to go. seems to you and it's also a time saver... even if it's a little far from the medina it's definitely worth the detour.
