I’ve never seen a hotel this bad. So, they give us a key when the room is already inhabited and in addition I found a big poop in the toilet. And it’s not finished yet, everything is sticky chairs, table, bed... They don't even do a check when a person leaves the room or even cleans. We can talk about the security of the building, I clearly think that we must close this building and yes fire extinguishers that have been outdated since 2023, electrical cables without security and therefore break fire risk and systems that I am sure do not work as much as it is dated. If you don't want to end up in a cemetery don't try to come here. The only thing that works is the connection that is accessible just below at the Welcoming......

Hotel Foucauld's greatest merit comes from its centralness to key attractions, being near both the Koutoubia Mosque and Jemaa el-Fna square. There's also alot of traffic and taxis that can take you to other parts of Marrakesh for a reasonable price. The rooftop also helps you see these attractions without actually going there if it gets too hot (or too late). Room-wise be prepared not to expect much. It's alright for 1 night, provides beds and a storage cabinet but both were a little creaky. The bathroom was perhaps the scariest part as my roommate and I had to kill the hordes of insects that were there when we arrived at night. Water was also cold so not the thing you want after a day of exploring the city. Buffet was alright, nth memorable.
