El Andalous Lounge and Spa Hotel

This is the first time i have been in this hotel , the Rooms was clean the breakfast was also good, pool very clean , thank you for the life guards simo and hamza they was very friendly and profesionel. Very good exprience

I had a great experience at the pool. The lifeguards, Hamza and Simo, were very friendly, attentive, and professional throughout my visit. A special thanks as well to the pool manager, Elmoghchi, for the excellent organization and high-quality service. The rooms were also very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this place!

I expect a lot more from a 4 star hotel. Arrived at 1.30 told you can’t check in till 2.00 (not an issue) came back at 2.35 told nope not yet. 3.25 I was allowed check in 5 members of staff behind the counter, you had to go to one to check in another for payment then another to get room key. In the room no Tv remote. Room phone not working. Went down in the evening to see how can I order room service as the phones broken so they give you a number to text (no a problem) I texted my order with room details. 45 mins pass and still no confirmation weather the order was picked up. Went to reception to ask they said they would ring , they didn’t pick up asked me to ring them from my phone still no answer then said can you go to the restaurant find a member of staff to ask them (5 staff still behind the counter). Went to restaurant the 3 person I asked says yes we have you order I asked why did didn’t confirm it with a reply he laughs. Just so messy loads of staff haven’t a clue how to make your stay better
