Es Saadi Gardens and Resort-Hotel

Hotel that does not live up to its stars. Rooms that need to be renovated as well as the interior of the buildings. I would not repeat the experience at this hotel. I am disappointed!! Fortunately, the cuisine remains more or less up to par.

Disappointing stay marked by a serious billing issue. We booked directly with the hotel reservation service a family room for 4 people, with a confirmed quote of €2600 for the week. The stay itself went well: pleasant staff, especially at breakfast, and we were even upgraded to a poolside room, which made us very happy. The problem arose at the time of payment: the total bill amounted to €4800. The reservation service then explained that they had made a mistake on the initial quote, which should have corresponded to two rooms. This was followed by a long dispute at the reception, where employees presenting themselves as part of the management asked us to pay, assuring us that the situation would be 'sorted out' later. We sent several messages to the manager, Thérèse Blay, which have gone unanswered to this day. With a limited budget, we left with a bill over €4000 higher than what had been agreed upon. I highly recommend using a secure booking platform rather than the hotel's direct service, where we received contradictory information depending on the representatives.

Excellent hotel. The most beautiful gardens in Marrakech. The staff is very attentive. Special mention for the SPA and the staff. We received excellent service and outstanding care. A big thank you to the reception manager for his understanding and excellent customer service. A hotel close to everything that I recommend.
