Pleasant reception from our host upon our arrival. Aya and Abdessamad at the reception are very nice. Good location in the center of Gueliz. Not too far from the train station. Very hearty breakfast, well served by Rachid, who is smiling and helpful. We will not forget the others who served us during our stay. Hicham, Mohamed... We will return to it.

The rooms are very dirty, there are no towels, I had to fight for a small laundry. The cold shower and flooded the whole room soaking all the luggage. Not even sorry. The reception is arrogant. I wanted to talk to the manager. They stopped me. Music until 0.3 in the morning. We've never slept.
