Kech Boutique Hotel & Spa

Very disappointing experience Very disappointed with my experience at this hotel. I had to request the cancellation of my reservation due to an exceptional personal emergency, but the hotel refused to make any commercial gesture, despite the situation. Regarding the establishment, the cleanliness also leaves much to be desired: dirty pool, smell of old and musty in the room, and general lack of maintenance. I was also very shocked to see children urinating openly in the pool, which poses a real hygiene problem and which should have warranted staff intervention. Between the lack of cleanliness and the lack of understanding regarding an urgent personal situation, my experience was very disappointing. Unfortunately, I do not recommend this hotel.

Hello, I would like to thank Hamza and El Bachir at the front desk, very professional and smiling, but my favorite was Meriem, a very kind, smiling, and very professional young woman; she is the gem of the front desk. Regarding the hotel, I highly recommend it to you, go there with your eyes closed, a small relaxing hotel that has its charm, clean, nice pool, good and varied breakfast to start the day; for those who are driving, there isn't enough space in front, but behind there is a monitored hotel parking lot.

A great hotel with excellent service and exceptional cleanliness. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. Every area was spotless, and the staff provided outstanding service throughout my stay. The breakfast buffet is incredibly generous, with an amazing variety of delicious dishes to choose from. Highly recommended!
