Really nice hotel for those who do not want to sleep in the chaos of the city; with a taxi, you can be in the center in 5 minutes. Large pools and comfortable loungers. Inside the establishment, there are 3 restaurants; I had an excellent lamb tajine. Friendly and helpful staff. Well done everyone, keep it up

Our stay at the Kenzi Rose Garden Hotel in Marrakech from May 28 to May 31, 2026, was overall acceptable. However, this review solely pertains to the very disappointing experience with the staff at the reception. Such behavior is, in our view, unacceptable for a 5-star hotel. Only after our return to Switzerland did we realize that we were no longer in possession of our car key. Consequently, we contacted the hotel twice via email to inquire whether the key might have been found in the room. We received no response to these inquiries. We find this complete lack of response to be very unprofessional and disappointing. Subsequently, we inquired by phone. During this call, we were confirmed that the key had been turned in at the reception. At the same time, the hotel insisted that we must pick up the key in person. Since we reside in Switzerland, a return trip to Marrakech solely for this purpose is, of course, not possible. A shipping option we proposed through a courier service at our expense was categorically rejected by the hotel without offering an alternative solution. About a week later, we again attempted to find a solution by phone. During this, our calls were repeatedly simply terminated. On the fourth attempt, we were not even given the opportunity to fully explain our concern; instead, we were merely informed that they would get back to us if the key was found. Immediately afterward, the call was ended without comment. We find this behavior to be disrespectful and completely unacceptable. This behavior seems indifferent and lacking in service orientation. For a hotel of this category, this is unacceptable from our perspective. We would have expected that in such a situation, a practical solution would be found together with the guest. Due to this experience, we cannot recommend the hotel, especially in terms of customer service and reception.
