I am a travel agent, so go with open eyes. This was booked for my birthday and anniversary. We did advise the hotel but nothing was offered, not even a simple happy birthday!
We arrived early and was taken to our room straight away, which was a pleasant surprise. The porter carried my small suitcase and we tipped him. He them went into our friends room and had done nothing for them and expected a tip! He hovered around until they tipped him. Room was large and spacious. Fridge with large bottle of water in it. But the tv did not work, and the safe was operated by a key which was not provided. Our friends worked perfectly We advised reception but nothing was done.
There are no tea or coffee facilities in a room. First for us. Following day only 12 towel in the room, so had to ask for more. We also asked about more water to be told you have to pay for it!
We were told at the bar it was cash only but they never had any change! So you could end up giving a high tip for a simple coke.
Breakfast you can ask for an omelette but it is a choice of plain or cheese. It is only as we read on TripAdvisor you can ask for this otherwise we would not have known as not advertised. Otherwise it is a continental breakfast with an adequate choice.
The grounds are stunning and so well kept. The main pool was closed so we could use the ones that were private for the presidential suites. On the last day they reopened the main pool which was superb.
We advised reception that we were leaving early for our flight and they let us go into restaurant to have a coffee and croissant before we departed.
There is a resort fee to pay. But they did try to charge us for food we never had as ate out each evening. But they did take it off.
We did get an uber into the city cost between 60 and 70 MAD so better value than using the shuttle. Also plenty of them. But they are again cash not on card.
If anyone has mobility issues let the hotel know as there are no lifts to the upstairs rooms.
We found the female staff to be so friendly and smiley, but the male staff never seemed to have a smile on their face.
At a push I would stay again as very clean and pleasant stay but a bit far out and you could not walk anywhere. But if your looking for a tranquil oasis then it is perfect.

Very quiet hotel in a green environment; the gardens are very well maintained, a big shoutout to the gardeners (I am part of the profession 👩🏻🌾) who are always smiling.
Varied breakfast; at my request, I was served Moroccan bread and gluten-free pastries, thank you for that.
If I had to give a negative point to improve: the welcome is not very warm, even a bit cold for Moroccans, which is quite surprising and unfortunate (I myself am of Moroccan origin); one should plan for a car rental or a taxi budget for transportation.

I travelled to Marrakech end of May with my husband & 18yr son. We booked 2 deluxe rooms, which were lovely. Loads of space, a lovely super king sized comfortable bed, a fridge, a lovely powerful large shower, room was cleaned every day by a lovely friendly housemaid who gifted us a surprise bed decoration every day, aircon was lovely, and needed as it was 40 degrees! Reception staff were really helpful & friendly. The pool area was lovely & relaxing, always plenty spare comfortable sunbeds, clean towels available & beautiful greenery with plenty birds tweeting away in the trees which were great to get some shade when needed. We ate in pool bar & restaurant & enjoyed the food, you just have to expect a slower pace of service which was fine. The breakfast selection was ok, plenty for me as I like fruit etc but my husband & son had fried egg (which you have to request) everyday. They had an issue with wasps at breakfast, but they didn't really bother us they just loved the honey & jam! The area surrounding the hotel is not an area you can enjoy a nice stroll (its a bit of a shock when you first get there) but we did walk to a lovely restaurant twice which was a 20 min walk. The hotel offered a shuttle to the square for a small fee but we found it easier & cheaper to order an Uber (cost about £7) as the shuttle required a pick up time which we didn't want to be restricted. Our flight home was late & we were able to check out, chill around the pool all day then have a shower in the spa before being picked up which was perfect. We did loads of activities & trips during our stay & were collected & dropped off at the hotel with no issues. The price of our rooms plus the food & drink was really reasonable. Overall we all really enjoyed our stay at this hotel & I would definitely recommend it if you're looking for somewhere to chill out after exploring all the craziness of Marrakech.
