Do not reserve. Breakfast very light and drop count. We ask for eggs and we are served only one!!! They struggle with quantities, so we have to constantly ask. The pool is not heated, it is a real ice cube tray. All deckchairs are torn and not maintained at all. No staff at the pool to at least ask for drinks. If you don’t have everything you need with you, you won’t find anything on site. You have to order the day before if you want a dinner. No wifi in the suites only in the breakfast room. In the bedroom the TV has only one channel and the remote control does not work. For the person in charge on the spot, you'll never see her. We wonder what the owners of the domain are doing!!! Too bad because this place has a potential that could bring him more and have more customers. It’s limiting a dormitory just to sleep there and went out the rest of the day. Too bad, but we're not coming back.

We recommended this hotel to friends and family as an extension of our wedding party at a nearby hotel. After several of our guests booked rooms, their bookings were cancelled with absolutely no explanation! I tried to contact the hotel and received no reply. Absolutely not acceptable to cancel existing bookings without a very valid reason. My friends and family will now have to travel a long distance to join the wedding celebrations.

I had planned to stay here for a wedding but the Hotel cancelled my reservation and provided no reason. Really inconvenient as we are coming here from UK. Have followed up multiple times and no response - really poor and untrustworthy. I would stay away at all costs if you want reliability.
