We had read reviews and they were not good. However we decided to go. On arrival at reception we waited whilst people in front of us complained. It was awful. I actually felt sorry for the staff.
Most complaints we heard were about the cleanliness
We had to stay as our two children were looking forward to a holiday. Firsty, the rooms were clean. However the fridge doors would not close. Only one ring of the cooker worked. There were no cooking untensils to use. As the restaurant was only open for breakfast and closed all the day these things would be needed.
The childrens pool was a a disgrace. I actually thought that the tiles in the middle of the pool were just a very much darker colour, until i walked out there with my children. It was algea growing on the tiles from nil maintenance or cleaning. It was slippery, dangerous and unhealthy underfoot.
We could not let our children play in this pool.
There was no childrens entertainment in the evening as advertised. Tennis courts has no tennis balls or rackets
All in all a very poor show. Of course we complained again, the reception staff told us that the managenment were not interested and that they ignored all the complaints. They also said that they expected the Vizir to be closed down after December.
There you have it. We are legitimate, we stayed in room 405A
