Upon arrival for 1 week at a very welcoming hotel with impeccable hostesses, including (Hayat) and her female colleagues who are perfectly efficient; with well-maintained gardens, pools that meet cleanliness and safety standards (kudos to Amir and Mehdi); an ideal restaurant for enjoying a good vacation with plenty of choices (kudos to Youssef and Mouhad); entertainers who are generous with their activities and kindness, and I would award a gold palm to (Mouss), his brunette colleague whose name I cannot recall, their colleague from the Mondy club, and their intern Zakaria); for evening drinks, I would like to commend (Mohamed) for his professionalism and his preparation of the Jet 27 at my request; if you need a taxi, feel free to ask the hostesses for (Mounim). Truly good vacations and fond memories, but a few downsides: room 1004 needs refreshing among other things, but I commend the housekeeper; the shop has terrible salespeople who do not deserve their positions, as they are always on the phone, borderline rude, lacking basic courtesy and any knowledge regarding customer service. The biggest problem with this hotel is its distance from the center of Marrakech. Thus, it is better for external excursions to be handled by private companies that will be able to negotiate with you. I experienced the pinnacle with BIG G TOURS EVASION, all of this was incredible due to the agent from our operator who refused to lower his price for 4 activities for 4 people at €1400. A shame for him. Excellent memories; I recommend it to everyone while considering my negative remarks.

We had an amazing stay. Rooms lovely, spacious, very clean. Most staff were so friendly. Pool area amazing, (however millions of wasps but from people leaving dirty cups). Snack bar was awful but main restaurant decent, obviously gets repetitive but always the case with all inclusive. We would definitely return

Nice setting, nice pool. Average room, finishing needs to be reviewed. Air conditioning works poorly. Showerhead was broken upon our arrival. Average staff; some are nice, but most are not very friendly. Meals lack typical Moroccan dishes.
