Medina Loft

I am naturally kind, but well, that is not spelled with a 'c'. The director asked me for my bank account details to reimburse me the amount of €40; he told me it would be processed the next day. I returned a week ago and still nothing. It is not about the €40, but about the principle. Next notice and comments in 8 days from my part to truly express my feelings towards the management of the Medina Loft and also of Easy Trip.

We should never have gone to this hotel, we were made to sign contracts, we canceled but still not refunded. Avoid it. Weird hotel especially this concierge. Avoid this establishment. Surely there are cheaper hotels and more honest people.

We stayed at the Medina Loft and Spa from 11 to 25 March 2025. Very welcome, very spacious apartment room, very good quality cuisine, very well organized excursions with private driver. Sophie is great, always very caring as well as the Director and all his team With regard to proposals to join the programme of stays with a financial membership, everyone is free to join or not , there is no scam as drafted in some opinions.
