Don’t waste your money staying at this place. Prison is better than staying here. The owner only cares about taking your money and the on site staff steal your alcohol and charge you for things they don’t tell you about. My friend was showering and my room got soaked, his dirty shower water came through the ceiling. I tried to get a refund so we could stay somewhere else but the owner refused to reply. I’ve stayed at better places cheaper.

We arrived late on Monday the 12th of May only to be greeted by two rather bewildered looking members of staff, first time in Morocco and we were already nervous. They served us tea and came back and told us they didn't have a room for us, we had booked the previous August. They put us in the other random riad for the night saying there would be no extra charge but kept saying it was a really expensive riad, and they would come and get us in the morning and our room would be ready. So we woke up next morning and booked another hostel and left before they could come and get us. Awful experience and nearly ruined the whole holiday. Also the place looked nothing like the pictures.

This hotel is dirty, Damp and just plain entering minus territory. I have never graded a hotel in a minus, but this a first. We had booked and the pictures absolutely misleading. We paid and were not reimbursed. The furniture is broken. The rooms are psychedelic and absolutely atrocious. It's just a hotel that must be renovated. Please don't even try it if not renovated and it's over over priced. -6
