would strongly advise others to read the reviews before booking this property, as our experience was extremely disappointing. The place is very overpriced for what you actually get. The condition of the bathroom was unacceptable – there were cracks, limescale buildup, and issues with the taps. On top of that, we had problems with both hot and cold water, and the air conditioning was not working properly. The property looks nothing like the pictures shown online, which was very misleading. We were also surprised to be charged extra for hot drinks and water at the end of our stay, which we were not expecting.Adul should have mentioned before This added to the already high cost. Overall, the experience felt poor value for money. We even had to go to an ATM at the last minute to pay the remaining balance to Adil , which was very inconvenient. I would not recommend staying here

I stayed from 21 January to 24 January 2026the photos posted on the site of the rooms are not true they are very cold the air conditioner did not work well they gave us a stove to heat the room the bathrooms urgently need a renovation taps all full of limestone sink and shower full of cracks there was only a little hand soap on the sink in the shower nothing the hairdryer did not work well the towels all worn out exchanged with stains and with holes sewn up the cleaning of the room discreet better not lift the carpets from the floor cupboards that smelled of moisture and full of mold we left clothes in suitcases the terrace that show in photos where you can have breakfast has the floor all broken with the Danger of stumbling at night you do not sleep well because of the continuous noise of the flowing water of the fountain that is in the center of the entrance of the Riad we also asked if it could close during the night they answered us that they turned on the water in the morning but it is absolutely not true because for 3 nights in a row I looked on the cel the time and it was 5 am breakfast was included in the price (just 4 glasses of orange juice 2 x me and 2 x the other couple who was on vacation with me) I asked for a glass of extra juice I was charged 1.50 be careful on the tourist taxes the cost is 2.50/3 euros per person per day they asked us for the tourist tax greater than what we had to pay then when we did the math and we said that they had asked for extra money they returned the difference do not let us book a taxi to the airport when you leave because they ask you double what you paid on the way

We were at this Riad from the 21st until the 24th of January of 2026. All the images and reviews that were on booking seemed very nice, however once we arrived and were given our rooms we found out that our rooms that had been booked were absolutely horrible and nothing like the images!!!!! They presented all the rooms with a spacious room and bathroom but that was not the case! The issue is not about the size of the room it is that they only show images of the suits online and not all the other rooms which is very misleading. The host tried to ask for double the city tax! So make sure you check your booking with all the information on it!
