Riad Catalina Hotel

We had an amazing stay at Riad Catalina – without a doubt, the best hotel we have ever stayed at. Everyone who works there is incredibly professional, kind, and caring. They are the warmest and kindest people we have ever met, and they made us feel at home from the very first moment. The hotel and the rooms were always spotless, and the service was exceptional around the clock. The food was absolutely delicious, especially the breakfast and lunch, which were homemade, flavorful, and healthy. A very special thank you to the hotel manager, Nadia. She is an incredibly kind, warm, and caring person who went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and always felt safe and comfortable. Her kindness and dedication made our stay truly unforgettable. We would also like to sincerely thank Hanan, Khadija, Bouchra, Fatiha, Nezha, for your kindness and for preparing such wonderful meals for us every day. A special thank you to Khalid, who worked the night shift. He always made sure we returned safely to the hotel and waited for us late at night. He made us feel protected and gave us great peace of mind. Thank you as well to Mohammed, who always greeted us with a smile and spread happiness wherever he went. To the entire team at Riad Catalina, thank you for taking such wonderful care of us. Your kindness, hospitality, and professionalism made our stay truly special. I stayed with my daughter 5 nights at riad Catalina. We stayed there half board. The food was very good. (Typical Moroccan) When we were not present in the evening, it was no problem to switch our meal to the afternoon. On arrival we got the phone number of Nadia. Whenever there was something or we needed something I would send a WhatsApp and Nadia would try to help me immediately. There is a small and cozy pool where you can relax or cool off in between. Everything was clean and cared for. Also all the staff were very friendly and pleasant. Highly recommended for us.

My partner and I spent a weekend in Marrakech and stayed at the Riad Catalina. A local helped us find it; otherwise, it is not easy to find, as it is among alleyways. Upon arriving, the entrance is tiny and dark, but when they open the door for you... It is amazing!!! It is very beautiful inside, and Nadia and the rest of the workers are lovely. The breakfast is very good, everything very tasty!! The Riad is close to everything and you can go walking by taking a stroll. The pool they have on the rooftop is tiny, but it is more than enough to cool off. Everything is very clean. The only bad thing was the night, as you could hear the music from a club that is right next door and they had the music very, very loud until 2 in the morning when the place closed. If it weren't for that, it would be a perfect place!!!
