RIAD CHARAI

If we were to return to Morocco, we would choose the Riad Charai a thousand more times! Apart from the location very close to the Medina, when you enter the Riyadh from the chaos of Marrakech it seems to enter an oasis of peace! Already at the entrance you can smell a wonderful smell that gives you the feeling of being “home”. The Riad is very clean and attention to detail, as well as the rooms also equipped with a super comfortable mattress. But the most precious aspect of this Riad is the staff: the guys who work there are wonderful. We had a considerable delay on the flight and were greeted at night with warmth and kindness. Throughout the stay they helped us for anything and at any time, also because we hit the ramadan period and we had several setbacks in the organization that they solved in a few minutes and always with a smile! The restaurant dishes are delicious and at no high prices, I recommend the lamb tajine with apricots! Thank you again to all the staff, you remained in our hearts. Stefania

We had an amazing stay at Riad Charai! Hicham was an exceptional host, friendly, welcoming and attentive. The pictures of the riad online do not do it justice, it is just fantastic! It's peaceful and clean with amazing staff. The breakfast every morning was excellent, and the service was amazing. We were lucly enough to get a room upgrade to the Safran room which was beautifully decorated with lots of light , the sounds of birds in the trees and a terrace to enjoy the sunshine. There is nothing I can say to fault this riad, highly recommended if you want a great, peaceful place to escape the chaos of the Medina. Hicham- thank you so much for everything! My friend and I have just returned from the most magical trip to Marrakech. It was everything and more than we could have dreamt it to be. The Riad (Riad Charai) was the most stunning of places - an oasis of calm and tranquility in the heart of the bustling Medina. The Riad was beautiful, clean and immaculately presented. The food was fabulous and the staff were incredible. We want to say a massive thank you to Houssam from Riad Charai who went out of his way to make our stay perfect. Nothing was too much trouble for him. All very reassuring as it was our first trip there. He was so kind to us both and helped us with anything we needed. Every day a lovely welcome from Houssam and all the other staff. Would highly recommend this Riad and especially if Houssam is there. Thank you for making our trip one to remember. Marrakech is a beautiful place to visit.
