Riad Diana

Our stay at Riad Diana was perfect. They were very kind to us and helped us at all times. Breakfast surprised us very pleasantly. Every day we were prepared a different, homemade and delicious meal

We had a great time in this riad. The room was very spacious, with lots of storage, neat decoration and very nice colors. Cleaning was done every day, with towels changed daily, which is very appreciable. We spent Christmas there and, despite the weather and fairly low temperatures, the room was perfectly well heated. The mattress is very comfortable, which allows to rest really well. The staff is extremely pleasant, kind and always helpful. Breakfast is varied, hearty and above all delicious. Finally, despite the proximity to Jemaa El Fna Square, the riad is located in a very quiet street, away from the hustle and bustle, which guarantees a real moment of tranquility. We were double-charged for our room after the receptionist insisted our card payment hadn’t gone through, even though our bank later confirmed it had. The staff refused to show payment records, never followed up as promised, and we left having paid twice. The room itself smelled terrible, had damp walls, no proper ventilation, and a broken air conditioner. Amenities were minimal and very poor quality. Although the riad is well-lit and centrally located, the overall experience ruined the start of our holiday. I strongly recommend choosing accommodation outside the medina and avoiding this place altogether.
