This riad is lovely and quiet with cheery staff. The inner courtyard is a tranquil spot to relax away from the craziness outside.
The rooms are rather tired and it felt a bit like staying at an old aunt's house where everything has seen better days. The shower in my room had peeling paint, the dressing gown and some of the towels were threadbare to the point of having holes in them. I was uncomfortable about not having a lock for the bedroom door (it can be bolted from the inside at night but has to be left unlocked when you go out). There was no safe provided but fortunately could use the one in my friend's room.
On the last day I found out that a padlock could have been provided - should be offered as standard in my view.
The breakfast was served to the table and was sufficient and a reasonable quality.
The weather wasn't good enough for enjoying the roof terrace, we did have a look - covers quite a big area but clearly wasn't yet set up for the season.

Very convenient riad location with 30 minutes you get in in the main attractions. Clean, you do not hear any noise of the city which is very chaotic.

Our stay at the Riyadh was TOP. A place full of charm and magic (Its name speaks for itself).
Located in the city center but far enough away from the constant bustle of Marrakech. You can visit everything on foot. Very complete breakfast: orange juice, coffee/tea, fruit, crepes, eggs poche with vegetables, homemade yogurt..... Hassan made sure everything was to our liking. A very kind gentleman, hospitable and always with a smile.
Kamal the owner, an open book.... He told us anecdotes of the riad, recommended places to cost and where to eat. Thank you for so much hospitality.
Everything was very clean. The rooms very comfortable and spacious. Comfortable bed and pillows.
It has a wonderful terrace where you can have breakfast watching the views.
It's a Riyadh with precious meaning. I recommend reading the history of the Riad in the books they have prepared.
All very nice, cozy clean and familiar. I recommend 100%
