Riad El Grably

We booked a 2 night/3 day stay direct with the Riad, our transfer from the airport was arranged by Francoise, and as confirmed our driver was waiting for us just outside the arrival area, the journey to the Riad is around 20 minutes, we were then met at the nearby carpark by Hanane (think that is how it is spelt!) who showed us to the Riad, we were given tea and cake and lots of helpful information and a map, which was very useful. The Raid is lovely, we had a room on the ground floor, it was perfect for our stay, it was very clean and had everything you would need, the air-conditioning was great bonus. We booked a Hammam and massage with the Raid and this was fantastic. We took advantage of the pool on our first day as it was very hot and we had a busy day, was just what we needed to cool off and relax The Riad is within close distance to all the main tourist attractions, no taxis needed! although it very close to everything, once behind the main door the hustle of the nearby streets can not be heard and its a little oasis from the madness! We had breakfast on the rooftop area, this was lovely. All the staff are very friendly and made us feel very welcome, we met the owner on our last day and again she was very friendly. We would highly recommend the Riad!

A hidden gem behind a small door in an alleyway. The staff were wonderful throughout our stay and couldn't do enough for us. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Breakfast was delicious and plenty of it. We had it on the rooftop which was lovely. We enjoyed spending time up there in the evening after being out exploring all day. The pool was perfect for a nice relax and cool down. We didn't use the hot tub or massage service but others did and enjoyed it. We met the owner and had a really nice chat with her. After returning from a hot air balloon trip she remembered we'd said we were doing it and as soon as she saw us she asked us all about it. (Amazing by the way) We were close by to plenty of palaces, souks and restaurants. Most places walkable or the hotel taxi can be used which was a great service and he was very friendly. We'd definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. It was recommended to us and I'm so glad we chose it.
