Riad Kheirredine

After our wedding in Portugal, my wife and I spent 5 nights at the Riad Kheirredine. Each and every moment was magical and perfect. After a year and a half of wedding planning stress, all we needed was time to chill and have the best time of our lives. The Riad Kheirredine provided that and so much more. The breakfast was always fresh and delicious (and we could enjoy it anywhere in the Riad?! say less), the atmosphere—pool and places to lounge—were always clean and relaxing, the roof provided spectacular views of the Medina, our hands always had water/sodas/juices/coffees in them, our room was always spotless and cool after hours in the sun, and the staff—Myriam, Elena, Ali, Ayoub, Jackie, Imelda, Issam, Ismail, Abedeliah, Mohammad, Khalid...truly everyone (sorry I am forgetting names!) provided top tier service. Riad Kheirredine took care of everything via the experience we booked (imperial dream package): our excursions to Agafay desert and White Camel, an informative walking tour of the Medina, reservations at restaurants, guides to ensure we didn't lost, appointments at their spa, all our loads of laundry from 2 weeks of travel, coordinating tuktuks and taxis, the list goes on. From the moment we stepped foot in the Riad and were greeted with beautiful room decor celebrating our marriage to the moment we stepped out for the last time (for now!), we were thoroughly taken care of. Some last thoughts: 1) We really appreciated that Riad Kheirredine provided us with a phone throughout our stay! This was helpful in booking reservations and making sure we didn't get lost in the Medina and around town! 2) Our hammam + spa day was one of the best highlights, relaxing us in all of the ways we needed it! 3) We wish we could rewind time and have one more pot of mint tea! I took my son for post a GCSE celebration. We couldn't have chosen a nicer place to stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, it was spotlessly clean, the service was excellent and nothing was too much trouble. From the moment we arrived it felt like a lovely haven of quiet and calm. It was very hot during our stay (mid forties) and the staff were always checking we had water to take out with us. We really appreciated that, it felt very caring. They provided us with a mobile phone for the duration of our stay so that we were able to keep in contact with them whilst we were out, if we wanted a taxi to get back at night, and to ask them to come and meet us at the point where the taxis had to drop us to walk us back to the Riad (cars can't come up to the door) before we managed to get our bearings (it's roughly five minute walk). There are plenty of quiet areas to rest, the decor is fab, our room was very comfortable and nicely appointed, the pools are great, and the breakfast was delicious. The burger I had one lunch time was excellent. We had one issue we had to raise, but it was dealt with swiftly and effectively. I highly recommend this lovely riad. It felt luxurious and so very welcoming and made for a wonderful break for me and my son.

A beautiful Riad at the boarders of the Medina. From the very first moment, we felt deeply welcomed and cared for. The staff is incredibly friendly, attentive, and warm. They made us feel right at home until the very last minute of our stay. The rooms are stunning, authentically decorated, and spotlessly clean. We received a complimentary room upgrade and even got sent off with a lovely goodbye gift. The team assisted us with absolutely every need and question we had, even sending us off or picking us up at meeting points, making our trip completely stress-free. We cannot recommend it highly enough. Thank you for everything!
