Riad Pachavana

Just back home after 4 nights in magical Marrakech, the Riad Pachavana is simply stunning, it’s probably one of the nicest place we’ve ever stayed abroad. The staff at the Riad helped arrange our transfer from the airport, we were met by a driver who took us as far as possible in the medina then a member of the Riad staff met us and took our luggage straight to the door (we would have never found the Riad by ourselves) As soon as you enter the Riad you are welcomed by most serene courtyard with its beautiful pool, we were shown to our room which was so traditional and rustic. The Riad is right in the heart of the medina but within the walls of the Riad you would never know that you were in the centre of a busting medina it was so peaceful. Every member of staff we encountered was so friendly and helpful from start to finish and they couldn’t do enough for you. After spending a day exploring the city, the Riad was the most perfect place to come back and relax whether it be in the courtyard pool or the stunning roof terrace. Having the most amazing Moroccan breakfast on the rooftop terrace was just another perfect highlight, the food, attention to detail by the chefs and the friendliness of the staff was just perfect we could not have asked for more. Finally I could not fault a single thing about this place everything was amazing and my heartfelt thanks go to all the staff who made our stay in Marrakech so memorable

A beautiful riad in a fantastic location a short walk away from the hustle and bustle of souks and restaurants. The friendly, attentive staff are a credit to the Riad Pachavana team- they are always willing to help and smile! Nothing is a problem to them. From booking trips to organising taxis, it was all very helpful. The room was incredible- beautiful traditional features, clean and spacious with an authentic feel. The social areas are spacious and accessible for all. The pool area is clean and ample space to cool down after being on the roof top sun loungers! I highly recommend you stay here- you won’t be disappointed. I can’t wait to return back! If I could give the riad 6 stars I would!

Charming hotel in the Medina. Staff are very attentive and very kind. Close to amenities (restaurants, currency exchange, taxis). Hearty breakfast. Swimming pool in the patio.
