Unfortunately, I absolutely cannot understand the excellent reviews. The great pictures are certainly many years old. We had our room in the Chocolate Suite and there it didn't get really warm despite the electric heater, which was certainly due to the open fireplace and the leaky doors and windows. Even the heavy curtains didn't help much. The room and bathroom were quite dark, you couldn't read relaxed, nor could you really see yourself in the mirror in the bathroom. The floor tiles in the bathroom were stained/dirty, the ancient washbasin in the bathroom too high and too deep. Even in the bathroom it was icy. My socket on the bed was broken. Breakfast was cold, the doors were open everywhere. The so-called rich breakfast consisted of fresh bread, jam and amlou (a sweet spread) as well as a small corner of processed cheese. Instead of processed cheese, there was some butter in the alternation. There was always a glass of orange juice (which was good) and alternately either some yogurt or fruit salad. There were also one and a half cups of coffee for everyone. That's all there was in the little pot. After ordering breakfast, no one came to ask if we needed anything else. There was no egg, no more cheese, no vegetables, nothing savoury. Jam isn't exactly my favorite. For the price, I really would have expected more. In summer the accommodation is certainly nice, but uncomfortable in cold weather and pool and roof terrace not usable.

Fantastic beautiful riad, friendly staff, charmingly decorated, nice and clean room! Abdel the receptionist did his utmost! Nice breakfast! Nice rooftop, nice pool. Highly recommended. Close to center but still quiet location.

What a nice experience , we are eleven adults, all the rooms are pretty, beautiful colors, the dining room very pretty, the pool, a roof top with great views Breakfast is hearty , meals taken on site are a delight, Everything can be done on foot The staff is lovely
