We were a group of six women who came to spend the day on-site on May 23, 2026, to celebrate a birthday. This address was recommended to us by our host in Marrakech. It was a mistake we will not repeat.
Even before arriving: total disorganization.
First contact by email on April 28 with the sales manager "Kaoutar." The quote received did not correspond at all to my request. After follow-up and clarification by email, no table reservation had been made on the day. No one was informed of our arrival.
Upon arrival: the welcome of nothingness.
Very poorly marked site — our driver had to search for the entrance. 30 minutes of waiting at the reception for a single employee, overwhelmed and uninformed about our reservation. He asks us to forward our email exchanges to prove our visit — on vacation, to celebrate a birthday, we will pass on that. It is at this moment that the receptionist, aware of the time already lost and our delay beyond our control, himself validates free access to the pool as compensation. Act noted, promise recorded.
The pool: the photos speak for themselves. (attached photos)
Animal feces in large numbers around the immediate vicinity of the pool — visible in several photos.
Unmaintained pool: dead insects, trash and vegetation floating in the water, algae embedded on the walls and bottom. The cleanliness of the loungers is catastrophic, even nauseating.
Weeds growing along the pool, grout never cleaned.
Broken and filthy umbrellas, thrown directly on the ground by the pool — still not set up despite our explicit request, with heat exceeding 104°F.
Ashtray overflowing with cigarette butts, cans, and various trash, clearly not emptied for weeks.
Buildings on the property in a state of advanced disrepair: cracked facades, torn plaster, exposed stones — a property that is literally falling apart.
For the price charged, it is a disgrace.
A market-like atmosphere filled with shouting — even among the staff.
As if that were not enough, our stay around the pool was disturbed by shouting between staff members — a team of local housekeepers who literally shouted at each other, without any restraint, in front of the guests. Zero professionalism, zero serenity. The place is marketed as a haven of peace. It is the complete opposite.
The lunch: bland, laborious service.
Decent meal but nothing more. The bottles of water had to be requested multiple times. Service at an exasperating slowness.
The bill: a shameless overcharge after a broken oral promise.
Access to the pool had been explicitly offered by the receptionist himself upon our arrival, as compensation for our wait and the disorganization of the establishment. Despite this, the bill shows 900 DH in pool fees for 5 people — double the displayed rate of 100 DH per person, and especially a charge for a service that had been granted for free. No manager on site to take responsibility for anything.
KAOUTAR ON THE PHONE = the disgrace of the establishment.
Called from the restaurant, she immediately yells in Arabic at the server — visibly embarrassed, who retreats to the other end of the room. Then he hands me the phone and her anger turns on me, not allowing me to say a word. She insults me, calls me "dishonest" and threatens me: "you better pay" — when it was never a question of the opposite and it is indeed the establishment that did not respect its own promise. It took me 20 minutes just to explain the billing error. 20 minutes of humiliation in front of my friends. On the day of my 50th birthday.
In summary:
Disorganization from the first contact, unsanitary and abandoned site, absent or incompetent staff, chaotic noise generated by the staff themselves, broken oral promise, attempt at overcharging, and an aggressive, insulting, and threatening sales manager on the phone. We paid what we owed — not a cent more.
The attached photos do not lie. This establishment does not meet its claims, nor the basic respect owed to its customers. RUN AWAY!!

We started with lunch on the estate. The old restaurant damaged by the earthquake was moved to lodges. We had lunch in the tent outside and the setting was friendly.
We then went tree climbing. The rate is a bit high hairy the country but we had a great time.
The estate is surrounded by beautiful landscapes.
