I truly appreciated every detail of my stay at the Assaam Hotel. It is a perfect place for a break and to change the air. Upon my arrival, I was very well welcomed. The staff is professional, attentive, and especially very respectful of the clients' privacy. One feels at ease, without ever having the impression of being disturbed. The pool is spotless and maintained daily. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and very well equipped. The establishment is secure, especially at night, and the parking is easily accessible. Rooms are very clean. Well-maintained garden. The music playlist and the atmosphere are just perfect, with volumes very well adjusted for everyone, the pool clients, and the hotel residents. Very quiet place, no disturbances. I did not have the opportunity to try the restaurant, but the bar staff was very attentive and very helpful. A very refreshing discovery, this will certainly not be the last visit.

A slum Dilapidated hotel, well aged, no maintenance, one small towel per room, dirt in the rooms, full of insects in the bathroom bathtub, no carpet near the bed even though it is very cold, in short, to be avoided at all costs. The only positive point is the kindness and courtesy of Mr. Samir, whom I thank infinitely for his excellent service.

I came here on Saturday 5 Aug for a chilled day at the pool ordered food at 12pm now it’s 14:58 still haven’t got my lunch when I asked what’s happening all I got is we had to order fresh meat to cook ur tagine , avoid at all costs terrible experience first and last time .
