1. Perfect location. Location is probably one of the best in the city center. Hotel is located walking distance from most sites (ferry, souk, old city, waterfront, etc) so you have the beauty of the marina but you’re away from the crowd and noise of the more commercial downtown area. 2. Hotel staff was stellar, from the check-in team, the security, to the waitstaff. Everyone went out of their way to be helpful. We had a few hiccups with the room cleaning, but the management stepped in remedied everything quickly and efficiently. The manager even made himself to help with any questions or concerns we had. He is doing a great job in terms of oversight and training. 3. The pool was really nice. 3. Room was both comfortable and spacious. Loved the art themed decor of the hotel. It was like staying in an art gallery.

We had an excellent experience in this hotel and recommend without hesitation. The service of the entire team was truly exceptional, always friendly, available and attentive to the details. The breakfast was very good and, although we were already close to the end of the service, when the simple bread had finished, the team had the kindness of baking more of purpose for us. It was a simple gesture, but that demonstrates genuine care for the guests. I also highlight the pool employee, always concerned about preparing the loungers and ensuring that we were comfortable, as well as the entire reception and bar staff, who provided an irreproachable service. The cherry on top of the cake was the flexibility at check-out. Since our flight was only in the evening, we requested a late check-out and the request was accepted without any difficulty. We could continue to enjoy the pool and the facilities until departure time. A special thanks to the hotel manager and the entire staff for the hospitality. No doubt, a place where we will return on a next visit to Tangier.

Honestly, this is an establishment that I recommend 100%. I particularly appreciated the comfort, discretion, availability, and kindness of the entire team. I also want to highlight the professionalism of the director, who is always available and concerned about placing customer satisfaction at the heart of his priorities.
