As a Marriott Elite member, I stayed five nights at the St. Regis La Bahia Blanca Tamuda Bay with my wife. First of all, I would like to emphasize that the location is magnificent and that the hotel offers an exceptional setting. The staff is, on the whole, very welcoming, smiling, and helpful. I would like to make a special mention of the bar team, particularly the bartender as well as Chams, who demonstrated great professionalism and excellent quality of service. On the other hand, my experience with the manager Ayoub, originally from Marrakech, was very disappointing. His attitude does not reflect the standards of service and hospitality that one has the right to expect from a St. Regis establishment. He addressed me in a disrespectful manner and I also noticed that he was speaking to the staff aggressively. On the last evening, after having a few drinks, I arrived about five minutes late for dinner. Instead of handling the situation with courtesy or offering a solution, he simply replied that service was over, then asked the security guards to make me leave the bar. I found this attitude humiliating and totally contrary to the values of professionalism and respect that Marriott promotes. It is regrettable that such an experience tarnishes a stay that could have been excellent. I hope that management will take this feedback seriously in order to prevent other guests from experiencing a similar situation.

My wife and I were dining at the St. Regis Tamuda Bay. Everything was excellent until another guest started using abusive and offensive language toward one of the servers. Unfortunately, neither the supervisor nor the restaurant management took any action to address the situation. This was very disappointing. In a five-star hotel, I would expect the staff to protect their employees and ensure that all guests enjoy a respectful and comfortable atmosphere. Allowing such behavior without any intervention is simply not acceptable and does not reflect the standards of a luxury property.

Huge shoutout to zaid! He looked after us the entire time, from start to finish. Super friendly, really funny, and genuinely cared about what we wanted. The manager (ayoub) also stopped by our table to check on us, which was a really nice touch. The whole vibe was so warm and welcoming. 10/10 recommend!
