L'Alcazar

I am grateful to have stayed at this gem of a Riad in Rabat. As a solo traveler and first time to Morocco, the owner and staff at the l'Alcazar Riad were amazing and made me feel safe and at home. They welcomed me from the moment I messaged to the time I departed. The breakfast was traditional Moroccan making my stay even better. The Location is perfect to walk and see so many things, then cool off on the rooftop with the infinity dip pool. Thank you for an u forgettable experience. When back in Rabat, this will be my first stop!

Riad well located at one of the gates of the medina, clean room, comfortable bedding, good breakfast. Terrace and pool are very enjoyable. Very pleasant and attentive staff. Thank you to Rachid, Georges, Sharon, Mustafat, and the entire team for allowing us to have a pleasant stay.

A very nice establishment in photos and a good location, but the stay was disappointing given the high price. Several issues that should never exist in an establishment of this standard: hair in the bed, unusable safe despite three requests, Nespresso capsules without a machine, cockroaches in the room, cigarette butts never cleaned on the terrace. The lack of maintenance and follow-up is glaring. At this price, one expects impeccable service, not having to report the same problems multiple times. Disappointing experience that does not reflect the advertised level.
