Movenpick Hotel & Casino Malabata

I was expecting a comfortable stay and excellent service, but unfortunately, I left with a negative impression. There are many aspects that need improvement, especially the quality of service and attention to detail. I will not repeat this experience, and I cannot recommend the hotel based on my experience.

My stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The service was poor, the staff were not attentive, and requests took far too long to be handled. The overall experience did not match the price or expectations. I hope the management takes customer feedback seriously and improves the quality of service.

This is not a 5 star hotel at all, some of the staff were rude, very very slow service, also prices for drinks and food are overpriced, I paid 10 euro for a can of red bull. The only nice parts about the hotel is the room and the pool.
