Omeya Suites Hotel

The most awful service I've ever seen, the staff is not professional, bad mannered and impolite. We planned to have breakfast in the hotel restaurant, after 15 minutes waiting the waiter arrived and informed that our order would be ready in 40 ( fourty !!!) minutes. OK, many customers - we were waiting, after 30 minutes the waiter arrived and served the customers at the nearest table, the meal appeared to be not same they ordered, they left angry. What do you think the waiter did? He offered us the meal of the previous customers! I asked for the manager, they told me that there is no manager, I insisted - they pretended they didn't understand English, I spoke French - they answered in Arabic. We went to the hotel reception - the same answer. I hope the responsible will read this message and act accordingly.

I visited cafe omeya with a friend of mine, to be honest they have a good service and also they have a good quality, besides the team work are so nice and respectul. They always smiling, I really enjiyed my coffee there, it's a very nice cafe either yu visited solo or with friends or with family.

I spent one night due to visit my friends family. I stayed in omeya hotel. First the price is too much consided 3stars. Nice view Clyde the The beach bear in Your mind beach durthy full of Rubich second. Noice come for nightclub. Full of prostutes
