Royal Rabat

This hotel is charming, comfortable, and in the heart of Rabat. The breakfast is delicious! The staff is kind. It is truly a refreshing place to stay. There are old fashioned details like an antique phone switchboard on display, old photos of Morocco,and a gentleman helping with the valises and elevator that give one a sense of history. All the modern amenities are there. Best of both worlds - this place is a jewel.

I would like to share my experience with the service at the front desk of this hotel. Unfortunately, I was disappointed by the attitude of one of the receptionists. His approach to clients was not courteous and professional. A warm welcome is essential to make guests feel welcome, and this was not the case. I hope the hotel will take these comments into account to improve the experience of its visitors.For only 5 minutes late afternoon, the reception staff was very urgent, almost aggressive. We were almost kicked out of the room or asked to pay for an extra night. This shows total disrespect for the customer.

I woke up sick after night 1 because of the blankets or whatever i slept on. This is the worst hotel you could go to, even the hotel doesn't look like the same in the pictures, isn't clean, the reception doesn't even know english properly, you will struggle, they put a lot of pressure on the cleaning workers there, I don't really recommend it at all.
