Stayed here from 20th June to 30th June, and it was genuinely one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. When we arrived and checked in, we were given a room that was in an unacceptable condition. There were ants and flies, dirty cutlery, no windows, mould on the door frames, broken floor tiles, plugs that didn't work, and a shared terrace with two other rooms, despite us specifically booking a room with a private balcony/terrace. We immediately went back to reception and requested a different room. Unsurprisingly, we were told there were no free rooms available that night, although there were upgraded rooms available if we paid an extra £900. We were eventually moved the following day. While the second room was cleaner and did have a private terrace, it was still well below the standard expected. Housekeeping was another major issue. Staff would enter the room at around 6am without knocking, often while we were still asleep. They would take our towels but frequently wouldn't replace them until we either went to reception to ask or, occasionally, someone brought fresh towels around 6pm. During our 10-night stay, our room was only cleaned three times, despite us putting the "Please Clean Room" sign on the door every day. The reception staff were generally rude and spoke to guests as though they were an inconvenience. The lunch menu was also very limited and disappointing. The hotel advertises direct beach access and a private beach area, but neither is accurate. To reach the beach, you have to walk up and down around 200 steps, and there is no private beach section for hotel guests. The only positives were the bar staff, who were lovely, the entertainment team around the pool, and the location, which some people may find convenient. I work as a travel agent, and I very rarely leave negative reviews. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel. Save your money and book somewhere else.

Very tired and dirty hotel. Poor beds, worn and wet. We lived in an apartment. Staff are angry and unspeakable. Got a big leak in the roof of the first apartment and was moved to another building. Don't book here!

I had a wonderful stay at Anezi Tower Hotel in Agadir. The location is excellent, close to the beach, restaurants, and many attractions in the city. The hotel offers beautiful swimming pools with plenty of space to relax and enjoy the sunshine. The staff were very welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was comfortable, clean, and offered a lovely view. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was relaxing and enjoyable. I especially appreciated the combination of the great location, the pools, and the kindness of the staff, which made my stay even more pleasant. I would definitely recommend Anezi Tower Hotel to anyone visiting Agadir and look forward to coming back again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
