So good service ,stuff are cool ,kind and always smiling… 5⭐️ hotel.

Horrible experience, I was insulted by the security guard and the manager Mr. Oussafi just told me it's a misunderstanding. He didn't even ask the guard to apologize to me. And today they are charging me for drinks that a server offered me. It's scandalous, I spoke to the manager about it, he told me to send a complaint to my tour operator. Mr. Oussafi spends more time drinking his beers at the bar than solving customers' problems. He received a call during our conversation and asked me to leave him alone. Shameful!!!!! Never again this hotel

I just wanted to say a big thank you to the whole animation team ❤️ Honestly, you made our stay much more beautiful with your energy, your smiles, your good humor and all the moments we shared together. Oumaima, Khawla, Soufiane and Anas always knew how to set the mood and make sure that everyone had a good time. It is not just the activities that we will remember, but especially the memories and the good times that we experienced with you. You were incredible from start to finish.
