Do not go to this hotel, the hotel man charged us money for him taking our bags??, The maid took £20 from the room, there was poo stains up the walls, No fresh towels, No chairs on the balcony, the wood on the balcony was that loose a small push it would of fallen down, the food was horrendous we didn’t eat for 5 days constantly spewing, The drinks were completely watered down and not a lot of staff working, all the men seemed to only want the women, if it weren’t for the entertainment team the holiday would of been worse

Hotel to avoid reception staff unpleasant scammers who try to extort customers, arrived at 1:30 PM room key picked up at 3:00 PM cleaning not done and this repeatedly rooms sad and noise from the city and others no insulation whatsoever, even in all inclusive dishes offered really limited, another example I spend a day with my son at the water park I lose my bracelet I warn a lady with glasses at the reception she tells me that I could well have given it to another person that it is my fault etc and she refuses to give back a bracelet and tells me it is 100 dirhams or 10€ the plastic bracelet lol 😂 I did not pay and to top it all off room and cleaning not done and I could go on to avoid really even a dog is better treated!

Checked in 11am. Checked out at 5pm and went to another hotel. Found it very scruffy looking and I’m not a holiday snob. Far from it. Areas not used so broken furniture around. It needs a good tidy up. Was being painted whilst I was there. The place had a smell of sewage. No air con, No toilet roll, no towels. Had to ask for them. Room was dated but very clean and cute looking. Main restaurant was closed. Food wasn’t brilliant. Queued 30 mins for BBQ food and was given an undercooked meat. The place is massive so be prepared to walk far to the rooms. Just wasn’t for me but looked like Lots of people was having fun and good times
