Hotel was in a perfect location, Agadir is nice lovely city, people are lovely. Hotel staff is just superb. We couldn't ask for more. Everyone in the hotel is so nice and helpful. Nothing is a problem. They will go miles for you. Anything we needed was done with smile. I loved all of you guys. Thanks. TRIPS - we met a guy Kamal, his office is near discothèque le Central and his WhatsApp is 00212607900742. His prices are great, much cheaper then others and we booked few trips with him - mini Sahara, Camels ride, Paradise, and this guy will check on you through WhatsApp if everything is ok and any issues just text him. He wont let you down. We had lovely week in Morroco. I wish we could stay longer. Lucie

Report – 3-week stay Negative points Unwelcoming reception From the moment of arrival, the atmosphere was not the most welcoming, which inevitably gives a mixed first impression. Very dilapidated room The overall condition of the room left much to be desired: old furniture, visible wear, limited comfort. The bathroom, in particular, was problematic: the bathtub was dangerous, difficult to access, and not suitable for safe use. Disappointing pool The pool was very small, which made swimming unpleasant. The lounge chairs, tightly packed together, were also reserved very early in the morning, making it difficult to enjoy the pool area under good conditions. Unconvincing entertainment The entertainers, despite their good intentions, did not really make an impression during the stay. Aside from the traditional "enjoy your meal," the entertainment lacked dynamism and quality. One can sense that there are better options elsewhere. Positive points High-quality dining The highlight of the stay: the cuisine. Special mention for the couscous, served twice a week, a true delight appreciated every time. Impeccable staff The gardener, the housekeeper, and the staff in general were exemplary: professional, smiling, efficient, and always ready to help. Their work significantly improved daily comfort. Overall assessment A mixed stay, with excellent human services and remarkable dining, but marred by aging facilities, weak entertainment, and a reception that could be improved. The three weeks were pleasant in some aspects, but several points would deserve real improvement to offer an experience that meets expectations.

We were reallocated to the Royal Decameron Tafoukt Beach Resort from another hotel due to issues at that hotel and their poor customer service. Looking back, it turned out to be the best thing that could have happened. From the moment we arrived, everyone made us feel so welcome. A special thank you to Mohammed, who reassured us that everything would be sorted. He kept his word and even checked in with us afterwards to make sure everything was okay. His kindness and support really put us at ease. Everyone at the hotel has been so friendly, from the waiters and bar staff to the security team. They're always smiling and happy to help, which made us feel really looked after throughout our stay. The buffet food is amazing, with plenty of choice and something different every evening. We never struggled to find something we enjoyed. The private beach area is lovely, and the hotel is in a great location, with shops, restaurants, and the beach all within walking distance. I'd also like to thank Fatima for her excellent customer service, and another Mohammed, who was also very supportive during our stay. Thank you to everyone at the Royal Decameron Tafoukt Beach Resort, especially Mohammed, for turning what started as a stressful situation into such a great holiday. Your warm welcome and hospitality made all the difference, and we'll definitely be returning.
