The overall experience is good. And staff is very helpful samia one of the staff from reception staff. The food is amazing and facilities were amazing. Will definitely visit again

I went on holiday with my Mum and had a lovely stay at the hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We booked a sea view and had an amazing view from our room. Staff was very helpful with any questions we had and was always happy to help.

Firstly let me clear one thing up we were asked if we would like to complete a review at checkout after thanking the staff for an amazing stay There is a form you are asked to complete on check in with all your details this wasn't in any reviews...we were delayed hungry and tired when we arrived so I was a bit soggy with this ....it's there protocol At the same time there must of been a glitch between jet 2 and the hotel as for us if us arrived we were given just double rooms we asked a staff member for an additional bed he asked to confirm with reception we went for a 15 minute walk came v back and an extremely comfortable pull out bed in place We booked a garden view when we awoke what a dream it was to wake up to horses walking down the beach the sun beaming The staff impeccable Agadir people are the friendliest people I've met Kyaks and surf boards are included in your all inclusive We had power go out one side of the room which was our error as we found the switch later on ...dealt with in ten minutes my daughter decided to play around with the safe combination and we couldn't access it one visit to reception a man with a gadget waited for housekeeping to accompany him and the safe was reset within 20 minutes Our room was not cleaned on one day because we didn't want it cleaned cleaner and hard working maintenance staff visible everyday Animation team there slightly nuts which made it fantastic so commited Ithe chefs we arrived ten minutes before close of breakfast on more than one occasion and expected minimal at Thai time the chefs were still smiling making the most fantastic omelette Warrerslides fantastic and lifeguards not overbearing The I waterslide pool could do way new liner thats a minor Water so lovely and warm Main pool is different height suitable for everyone There's a kids club a baby pool and a relaxing pool There is a section of the beach with friee sunbeds and to be swimming in the sea with fish jumping out of the water in front of you is crazy
