Palais Oumensour

Very beautiful riad in the middle of the old town. Nice lady at the reception; she organized for us to park our rental car in a sort of private parking area. The courtyard with the pool and exotic plants is enchanting. Even birds feel at home here, and a turtle lives here. The only thing we would have wished for regarding the food is to have the option to choose. We were served a three-course menu at lightning speed, which we would not have ordered ourselves.

We loved our one night stay at the Palais Oumensour. The hotel / riad is located in the middle of the city of Taroudant, a rather noisy and cacophonous city. We ring, we open you and we enter heaven. A haven of peace and tranquility. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a suite with breakfast while breakfast is usually not included with Booking.com. We wanted to explore the city of Taroudant in the late afternoon but the riad pool held us back and we spent a pleasant afternoon by the pool with a glass of wine. We also had the evening meal at the riad. Special mention for the quality of the welcome. I think of the receptionist who speaks excellent French and the waitress at the restaurant/pool who proved excellent in her service (speak English). The only negative aspect is the relative difficulty of parking in the city of Taroudant. But we loved our stay in Taroudant.

Nice surprise.Very nice establishment, all the staff is very friendly and helpful, we came in period of Ramadan with our big daughter, haven of peace., green courtyard with pool, you want to eat...no worries, soup, salad a tagine...the cook at the top, as at home, breakfast top, massage top , super clean establishment, small living room with fireplace..., Anyway, we'll definitely be back. Thanks to the whole team
