Amazing hotel with great facilities and outstanding hospitality. I truly enjoyed my stay

Extremely unpleasant staff. Especially the lady at the front desk who doesn't know the words hello, please whether in Arabic, French or English. When I asked her for information, she was very rude! Hotel to avoid!

Admittedly, the building and rooms are a bit dilapidated, but everything was functional and very clean, and the staff kind. A downside: no wifi in the rooms – to put it positively: less airwaves. Speaking of airwaves: luckily, my room was almost at the opposite end of the nightclub, so the noises and vibrations were bearable. I was on half board, with the evening meals quite correct and varied (dish of the day, no buffet). The breakfast was not glittering but acceptable.
