Lovely hotel from outside. Great reception, and nice pool. But accomodation is terrible. Badly fitting windows and doors. Free running cockroaches and other creatures. Bare wires in sockets. Very very basic bed and cabinet in room

unfortunately we cannot recommend this hotel. our expectations were really not high – we only wanted a clean room without mold and without obvious safety deficiencies. this has nothing to do with exaggerated demands, but are in our view absolute minimum standards. the first room was in an unacceptable condition: mold, defective outlets, a dirty toilet, a broken refrigerator with food remnants from previous guests, as well as generally lacking cleanliness. after our complaint, we were shown a total of four rooms. in the second room, the bed was full of stains, in the third there was black mold right next to the bed. only the fourth room was somewhat acceptable, but also not really clean. we were glad that we only had to spend one night there. although it was a double room, only one towel was provided in each of the four rooms. upon inquiry, a search for an additional towel was only initiated, which we eventually received stained. overall, the stay did not meet the description nor basic expectations for cleanliness and safety. unfortunately no recommendation.

No Ac Absolutely awful from start to finish. They have no lifts so you are going up and down loads of stairs. No key cards they have keys which keep jamming in the doors. Cleanliness is awful in the room - toilets are filthy and stained brown. Rubbish WiFi - doesn’t even connect Not worth the money DO NOT BOOK!!!!!
