Bad experience, air conditioning does not work no refrigerator in the room mold no four send is three send by Moroccan government, is three stars

Stayed here for a week. The hotel itself is in a great location, with plenty of amenities nearby. The spa was lovely- we booked massages and felt so relaxed afterwards! The pool area is lovely, and the bar is great too, we stayed during the FIFA world cup when morocco had its first match, and there was a room to watch the game in which was brilliant! However, the food at the restaurant left a lot to be desired. We went for breakfast and there wasn’t many options, and nothing was labelled so we did not know what half of it contained- which is very bad if you have allergies. There was also only one serving spoon for all the food, so that mixes the foods together. Went in for a look at dinner and instantly left as the food looked disgusting- again with very minimal options. We paid for breakfast and ended up not having any as it was so bad. Rachid at the hotel was so kind and friendly and organised our excursions for us at a good price, and was constantly checking on us whenever he saw us! All the hotel staff were lovely, can’t fault at all! The room was fairly basic but good when you’re only using it to sleep in as we were busy a lot of the day and only using the room to rest. Overall was a good stay and would recommend this hotel if you are visiting Agadir!

I strongly advise against this hotel. My stay was a real disappointment from start to finish due to a general lack of hygiene and an unlivable environment. ​Here are the critical points: ​Nonexistent cleanliness: The room was in an unacceptable state. The pillows and blankets were dirty (soiled), and the cleaning was clearly not done, particularly regarding the bathroom tiles, which were very dirty. ​Defective equipment: The air conditioning did not work at all, making the room stuffy. ​Extreme noise disturbances: The immediate proximity to a nightclub located at the entrance of the hotel makes rest impossible. The noise is incessant until 6 AM, with a complete lack of respect for the guests trying to sleep. ​Dining: At breakfast, hygiene also leaves much to be desired, particularly regarding the coffee machines, which were in a deplorable state. ​Safety and maintenance: The overall maintenance is catastrophic, to the point that the tiles in the pool are coming off, which poses a real safety issue. ​This is an establishment to avoid 100%. There are much better options in Agadir for a serene and clean stay.
