L’habitant Amazigh

We spent one night there as part of a 3-day excursion from Marrakech to Merzouga. The place is charming, with a very beautiful terrace. The dinner is very good but the breakfast is quite average (lacks fruit for example). The room is aging but more than sufficient. Very welcoming staff. After looking at the price on booking (because as I said, it was included in our excursion), I can say that it is very good value for money. Nice pool. For me, it is therefore a good place.

We ended up in this hotel because I'm staying on a 3 day tour from Marrakech and I must say it put us to the test. Rooms on the edge of the essentials, very small, zero wardrobes, zero courtesy sets except for hand soap and especially heating that threw tantrums. In the morning we woke up with the window panes that seemed to have fallen from the moisture inside. It was a trying night and it's a shame because the night before it was a wonderful Berber evening with songs and dances and a great involvement of the whole group. Good food but very little, little change in the buffet both at breakfast and dinner. I don't think we'd go back

I am extremely disappointed by the welcome at this hotel. I came with my parents, aged between 55 and 70. When we arrived, the manager asked us for a marriage certificate, even though they were my own parents, accompanied by their daughter. Beyond the demand, it was above all the total disrespect that shocked us. My parents are elderly, respectable, and they have been treated in a humiliating and inappropriate manner. It is unacceptable to suspect or disrespect a family that has simply come to spend a quiet stay. This experience was very hurtful for us. I would not recommend this property because of its lack of professionalism and respect for guests.
