Berbere Palace

We spent two very beautiful days at the Palais Berbère in Ouarzazate. It was a restful and relaxing stay, in a beautiful setting. We greatly appreciated the quality of the meals. Everything was delicious and we would like to congratulate the chef as well as his entire team for their excellent work. The service was remarkable from the beginning to the end of our stay. Whether it was the housekeeping staff or the restaurant staff, everyone was attentive, professional, and always smiling. A special mention to Bart, whose service was simply exceptional. Her kindness, professionalism, smile, and attention to detail made all the difference and made each of our meals even more enjoyable. Thank you also to Moubarak for his warm welcome and excellent service. A big thank you to the entire team at the Palais Berbère in Ouarzazate for your hospitality and dedication. We leave with very beautiful memories and we recommend this hotel without the slightest hesitation. We will return with great pleasure.

Berbère Palace is a truly luxurious hotel with perfect architecture and an outstanding level of service. The staff is extremely attentive and genuinely kind, making the entire stay feel effortless and welcoming. The hotel is beautifully designed and surrounded by lush greenery, which creates a peaceful oasis atmosphere in the heart of the city—perfect for relaxing after the intense Sahara experience. The swimming pool is large, comfortable, and ideal for unwinding and enjoying the calm environment. We also truly appreciated the flexibility offered at checkout. Even though check-out time was at 12:00, we were kindly allowed to stay longer and enjoy the pool a bit more, which made our departure much more relaxed. A perfect place to rest, recharge, and enjoy true luxury. Highly recommended.

Superb palace for relaxation, exceptional service, and unforgettable memories 🙏🏼.
